Ett fint litet hus på landsbygden perfekt för 2 personer med 1 barn. Huset ligger med skog, svamp, bär och sjö runt husknuten. Fiskekort löses på på plats, båt finns att hyra 150 kr per dag. Närhet till skid och aktivitetsanläggningar. Möjlighet att hyra vedeldad badtunna 2 dagar 1000 kr. Huset ligger i anslutning till vårt boningshus med tillgång till stor trädgård med frigående höns. Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Bo i ett vackert, renoverat hus precis vid kanten av sjön Åsnen i nära anslutning till nationalparken. Huset har en egen brygga och fiskerättigheter samt öppen spis, stor altan med jacuzzi och omgiven av vacker natur och härlig sjöutsikt. Det finns 4 separata sovrum med plats för totalt 6 personer, stort kök och öppna sällskapsytor. Vi inkluderar lakan och övriga bekvämligheter samt tillgång till cyklar, två kanoter och grill i hyran. Möjlighet finns även att hyra båt.

Mysig timmerstuga vid sjön Sommen. Utmärkt för er som vill komma ut till det stillsamma och varva ner från vardagsstressen. Lugnt läge med den vilda naturen runt omkring er. 150 meter bakom stugan finns grillplats och vacker vy över sjön Sommen. Fina skogsområden med promenadstråk och vandringsleder för svamp- och bärplockning. Stor chans att få se mycket vilt som rådjur, älg, räv och även Havsörn. 500 meter promenadstig till ångbåtshamn, badplats och fiske.

House Kilstrand directly on Lake Säven

The house was renovated in 2017 and impresses our guests with its interior design. Here, solo travelers, couples and families alike feel comfortable. There is also the possibility for befriended travelers to rent the neighboring beach cabin and Kilstrand house at the same time and thus be on the go with friends and still maintain their retreat option. Freshly built (2023) holiday home with its own swimming pier. The house is bright and nice with the swimming dock 25 meters from the house. The house has all the amenities. The outdoor environment will be updated over time with patios and the like. At the jetty, there is also a small rowboat if you want to take a short trip in the beautiful archipelago, maybe you want to try your luck at fishing? A warm welcome.
