The apartment is non-smoking. Free parking is available either in a public car park a few meters from the building or directly under the windows of the apartment. We offer a stay in a cozy traditional log house in peace and privacy. The house has lovely views and is located near forest and National Park. The living room has fireplace, kitchen and bathroom are fully equipped. Two bedrooms are in the second floor. Heating is provided by electricity or the fireplace. Unlimited WiFi with a speed of approximately 28 Mbps. The ceilings in the first floor are low, please be careful not to hit your head!

The cottage is located on the shores of Milčanský Pond, about 13 minutes by car from Česká Lípa in a beautiful pine-birch forest. We discovered it by accident and it was love at first sight. It has undergone a major renovation to be exactly as we imagined it, and now that everything is done, we are happy to share it, because we want everyone to have the opportunity to draw energy from this beautiful corner of Bohemia.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment). Outside there is a large garden with pool/pool house (seasonal use) and fire and barbecue area. Garage and carport are available. Wi-Fi, shopping in the village, use of the fireplace room is possible after consultation.

All the technical aids that a normal household has are available (washing machine,, fridge, TV, bicycles, grill, etc.) and can be used free of charge. Internet access is available for 5 euros/stay. Please just ask.
