A self-contained, single-level property that is close to Davidstow & Bodmin Moor and a short drive to Boscastle, Tintagel, Bude and Camelford. It is well placed for local walks and excursions. There is outside space to enjoy along with views to Roughtor, the moor & the tallest hill in Cornwall, Brown Willy. The grassland around the property is perfect for active little legs (children or pets) to have a good stretch - we've even got enough tarmac for bikes, skateboards and roller-skates!

This Grade II listed former watermill is set within its own 5 acres of land, exclusively in the beautiful Rocky Valley. It comfortably sleeps from 6 to 12 in 6 separate bedrooms and much of the original workings that have been preserved with slate floors, oak beams and a complete waterwheel. Treveusik (Cornish for 'Lucky Homestead') is a 5 bedroom converted farmhouse located just 2 miles from the famous Trebarwith Strand Beach The property offers flexible accommodation suitable for families and larger groups. It is available for short breaks during off peak months, but full weeks in peak months (i.e. bank holiday weeks at Easter and in May plus July, Aug) Change over day is normally Saturday, but we can be flexible for short breaks in off peak weeks.

It is nestled in a rural and secluded spot but only a mile and a half from local amenities with walks out to the Moor, Davidstow Wood, Roughtor and Crowdy Reservoir as well as being just a short drive to the Coast and the villages of Port Isaac, Boscastle and Tintagel. No small children. No infants.
