The bathroom has a corner bathtub and a shower. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, fridge, freezer and induction plate. There is a TV, closets, a couch, an armchair, a desk, a table). Free parking in the building (small and medium-sized vehicles will comfortably pass through the entrance to the courtyard). There are prepaid Netlfix apps and Watching TV.

Newly renovated, fully furnished 1 + kitchenette apartment with a terrace, facing the courtyard, is located on the 1st floor of the house. It is accessible by stairs (there is no elevator). Although the house is on the square, the apartment is quiet and peaceful. Within a 5-minute walk, there is the Slavkov Castle with a beautiful park, restaurants, pastry shops, cafes, wine shops, shops, etc. There is also a golf course, swimming pool and other sports facilities nearby.
