Welcome to our cozy cottage located in the middle of nature overlooking Frissjön. Here you can enjoy the peace and quiet! The cottage is located 150 meters from the lake. Right on the shore there is an associated wood-fired sauna with jetty and rowboat. (Fishing license required) Directly adjacent to the cabin there are lovely forest walks with access to berries and mushrooms during the season. If you like running, there are plenty of both trails and roads. Road with few cars also provides the opportunity for both roller skis and cycling.

The holiday home has salmon knots and between the logs there is linen. The house is located in scenic surroundings. We live close to our animals and you have the opportunity to experience this. The house is located in a fantastic quiet and beautiful environment by the lake outside Nye where you have access to your own jetty and boat. Enjoy a boat trip and the view of the lake from the large terrace. Just a few minutes away, there's a swimming area, a café and a kiosk. The summer offers swimming, fishing or boating excursions it is winter you can enjoy the tranquility of (or on) the ice. We are located in Småland's garden where the countryside has largely retained its character that you recognize from Astrid Lindgern's stories.

Husbåten är smakfullt inredd med fokus på komfort och enkelhet och passar perfekt för dig som vill koppla av, komma nära naturen och njuta av en unik vistelse. Det finns möjlighet att köpa till frukost från gården.

Tranquil, renovated cottage in Småland

If you’re looking for peace and quiet and disconnecting for a while, our little cottage is the place to be. Our little oasis is located in the middle of the forest, at the end of the road – here nobody will disturb you. The house itself originates back to the 17th century, had a major renovation in the 70’s, and recently had a total makeover of the upper floor. I’m the fourth generation that recently took over and use it as a summer house, and from 2024 on renting it out when we’re not here.

And maybe you see deer, foxes or moose from our sunny porch. Go skiing at the ski-slope, visit a moose park or go down the zippline. April-October we rent out 2 sit-on-top kayaks.
