Welcome to a historic environment with exclusive solutions. The old school was erected almost 100 years ago and the apartment then constituted the residence of the caretaker's family. The apartment consists of a hall, a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The apartment has a thoughtful layout with high ceilings, old-fashioned pantry and large closet, which has been renovated with sustainable solutions. The continental bed is king-size (180x200) with eco-certified beddings. The kitchen is equipped with stove, oven and fridge with freezer compartment.

The guest house is located in a villa garden in a scenic area close to both the city center and the sea. In the nearby area, there are many hiking and biking trails. Here you have the opportunity to create wonderful vacation memories with close proximity to everything. The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood and has two patios facing a green area to the east. Nearby are forests, tennis and paddle tennis courts, outdoor gym, camping, shop with market, bakery, mini golf and several restaurants.

Stay on a farm in 2022. Newly built stone house in a beautiful surroundings and with a great view of landscape and sea. A unique accommodation experience with ideal conditions for tranquility, proximity to nature and all the excursions of the Bjäre peninsula. During 2025 we have not finished the nearest environment around the house but a terrace with outdoor furniture is available. We provide linens and towels. If you want us to take care of the final cleaning, it costs SEK 600.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit. This house is located in the old part of Båstad, a stone's throw from the beach, marina, tennis and restaurants The house is newly renovated, a whole private courtyard with sea view, where there are two dining tables and chairs and sun loungers, gas grill with hot plate. There is also a furnished annex with a bunk bed, two extra sleeping places.

Cozy cottage near the sea

Mysig liten stuga på 24 kvm med gångavstånd till havet (300 m). Skummeslövsstrand sträcker sig norröver till Mellbystrand och söderut till Båstad och är 12 km lång. Här kan ni njuta av en härlig natur och skön atmosfär och ta ett morgondopp på den 120 meter långa badbryggan. Önskar barnen fiska krabbor med garanterat napp, finns ett fint ställe som heter Kattvikshamn 15 minuter med bil.
