The apartment has a private, fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom, two bedrooms, and a living room with the option of an extra bed. The apartments offer comfort for 6 people; the maximum capacity is 7 people. The location of the apartments is ideal for skiing as well as for summer hiking and cycling. At the apartments, you can grill or roast over an open fire, and children can have fun in the sandbox. Very close to the apartments is the Úžas pond, where you can swim or go paddleboarding. There is a free play area for children near the apartment.

The cottage is built entirely of wood, situated on a high wooden platform, with a new (2026) additional bedroom on the ground floor with glazing and a projector. Here, you'll sleep like never before. The greatest pleasure is sitting on the upholstered windowsill or in the hammock and looking at the forest, the meadow and the animals passing by. We also have a barbecue and a fire pit. Be sure to go to the mountains. You can explore the entire Kotlina from here. We are the perfect starting point. We will bake homemade bread for you.

The Studio Apartment is an independent, two-storey space of over 80m2, with a separate entrance and terrace. Designed for 4-7 people, the Studio will accommodate a family, a group of friends, two couples, or even two families. You will find a spacious fireplace with a seating area with large glazing for playing with children, dancing or yoga, a kitchen with a dining room for 10 people, a stone terrace with a coffee table, sofa and armchairs, and two lockable bedrooms.

Chalet

A wooden cottage, located by the forest in a secluded corner with a beautiful view of the mountains for 8 people. A secluded charming place especially recommended for people who want to relax in peace and quiet. Minimum rental period is 2 days. Check-in is until 7 p.m. Check-out by 12:00. About 100 m away is my second cottage for 6 people called Klimcia. I do not provide towels. The price applies to the entire cottage regardless of the number of people.
