Detached house on a farm 8 km from Falkenberg center. Approximately 300 m to the beach, 1 km to Grimsholmen Nature Reserve, Kattegattsleden outside the knot. In the large room there is a kitchen area with dishwasher. There are two single beds. Half a staircase up there are two beds. A downstairs bathroom with a shower, toilet, washing machine and iron. Two patios with one smaller and one larger garden furniture. Mattress, duvet and pillow are available for the beds. Sheets and towels are brought by the guest himself.

There is a sofa bed that sleeps 2 people, fully equipped kitchen, toilet and shower as well as TV. The patio boasts a glorious sea view with wonderful sunsets. The cabin is smoke-free and pet-free. If you are a kitesurfer, wind wave or SUPare, the location is perfect as you are down on the beach in less than a minute. The final cleaning is carried out by the tenant unless otherwise agreed.

After a day at the beach, you can visit one of the many nearby restaurants, it doesn't take many minutes to walk.
