Apartment of 35 sqm that is completely newly built with nice material choices that is located in one of our Halland houses in Småris between Långasand and Ugglarp's sea baths. Outside the door, a popular walking loop passes by that offers both forest, sea and countryside. It is 00 meters to the beach, and there is both sandy beach and stone slabs. There is a large private wooden deck outside the apartment with both morning and evening sun. Next to the accommodation is a lookout with benches to enjoy the sunset over the sea.

Quiet and peaceful accommodation with Suseån as a plot boundary. There is a terrace, large terrace, private jetty and barbecue area. The house is newly renovated and has three bedrooms. NEW 2025! Two single beds where before there was only a single bed in the bedroom upstairs. NEW 2024! Two Standup padel! NEW 2023! We now have three canoes available for lending! Bikes are included and there are various walking paths nearby. It is about 3.5 km from the sea and 9 km to Falkenberg city center.

Located in a rural environment with proximity to beach and forest. Close to E6. There are several nice restaurants nearby. Distance to Falkenberg 10 km, Halmstad 30 km, GeKås 30 km. We rent out our wonderful guest house in Hanhals. It is hard to get closer to the sea. Peaceful and quiet location with nature reserve all around. A paradise for birds! Hot tub and sauna are available all year round, of course heated. This is also a place perfect for "workation," here you can work in peace and quiet with fast WiFi.
