Our house is located on the coast , on a gated estate , in the beautiful area of Agios Andreas, Katakolo .It is suitable for families and groups , and is just a 25 minute drive from the UNESCO World Heritage site of Ancient Olympia.A stunning ,secluded , semi-private beach is just a 2 minute walk down the hill. Adjacent to the house is the delightful, award winning Mercouri Winery, which is open to visitors for tours and tastings.

Nearby there are grocery stores , fish taverns and cafes. We are 13k from the Tower, 30k from Archa Olympia, 40k from the Caiafa baths and 80k from the temple of the Epicurean Apollo The property is 70k from Araxos airport and 120k from Kalamata.

Villa Faidra is a small and cozy studio, with undivided interior space. Our newly built house consist of a double bed,a sofa-bed ,kitchen, lunchplace and a bath. In addition,the house boasts air-condition. A peaceful place near the city center(2km).Our home is located near the beach (800m) ,Ancient Olympie (20km about) and Katakolo port.
