With a plot of 5000 square meters and a house area of 221 square meters, there is plenty of space for both play and relaxation. The house is not rented out to youth groups/party groups. The house is located only 1500 meters from the North Sea, making it the perfect place for those who love to spend time by the beach. Here you can enjoy the sun, swim in the sea or go on long walks along the coast. For those who want to bring their four-legged friends, pets are allowed, so the whole family can be together. Inside you will find a bright and inviting living area where you can relax after a long day. The house was built in 2023 and heated with an economical heat pump, which means low consumption costs for you as a tenant. There's underfloor heating all over the house.
