The house stands on a headland out on the lake and enjoys a unique lakeside location, with views of the lake from every part of the house. From the living room and the bedroom, you can access a wooden deck with steps down to the garden and the jetty. It's in a scenic and secluded location, with houses nearby but not right next door. The proximity to national road 32 makes it easy to get here. Traffic from the road can be heard, but for the vast majority of people, it is not perceived as a nuisance.

In the garden, there are several opportunities for seating and the porch offers a beautiful view of fields and meadows.

Huset inbjuder till tysta och vilsamma stunder eller till gemensam matlagning vid spisen men även till att insupa en god bok i någon av de sköna fåtöljerna eller varför inte få till en härlig brasa i kaminen under höst och vinter. Huset ligger i en fantastiskt lugn och vacker miljö vid sjön utanför Nye där du har tillgång till egen brygga och båt. Njut av en båttur och utsikten över sjön från den stora altanen. Bara några minuter bort finns badplats, café och kiosk. Sommaren bjuder till bad, fiske- eller båtsutflykte är det vinter kan du njuta av lugnet vid (eller på) isen. Vi finns i Smålands trädgård där landsbygden till stor del behållit sin karaktär som man känner igen från Astrid Lindgerns berättelser.

The accommodation is 90 sqm and sleeps 6+2 guests. Enjoy fast fiber internet with Wi-Fi. Explore Astrid Lindgren's World, just 15 km away, and create memories for both children and adults. During your stay, you can charge your car on site for a fee.

Cabin by the lake with its own jetty and boat

En mysig stuga i lugn miljö precis vid sjön och nära skog. Tillgång till egen brygga och flotte där man kan bada. Roddbåt, kanot och SUP finns och ingår också. 3 st sovrum (totalt 4 sängar och 1 våningssäng) och ett loft där man kan sova på madrasser. Ett av sovrummen är i en liten separat gäststuga. Kök, ett badrum med toalett + dusch samt bastu. Vi förväntar oss skötsamma gäster som respekterar den lugna omgivningen.
