Our wooden home has been built with one thing in mind. Calmness and peace. Here you will have the chance to relax and enjoy nature. The house has a fully equipped kitchen. A full-size fridge, oven, microwave as well as an espresso coffeemaker. The bathroom is spacious and offers a rain-shower. The bedroom has an attic with a single bed, a double bed, a closet as well as a small desk. The main area, the living room has a four-seat comfortable sofa, a TV, and a wood-stove. In a small and quite building,without an elevator,there is a cozy,full renovated attic,at the 3rd floor.The attic consists of 2 rooms(30sm) &has enclosed terrace. To enter the main room,you have to go through a small door that reminds of entering Hobbit's house.The height of the door is 1.30m. For someone who can't bend down,maybe they should reconsider staying in our house.Neighborhood is very vivid,at the foothills of Patras' Roman Castle,a 5 minute walk from city center,port,bus station,etc.
