Only a few minutes walk to the port, Papadiamanti street (Skiathos Town Centre), Acropolis bus station, and to the nearest beach (Megali Ammos). 1 bedroom (double bed), 1 bathroom, living room/kitchen area (sofa & single bed under the sofa), balcony,and terrace with Bbq. "Eothinos" Sea front Studio

Beachfront studio in Loutraki with one bedroom( 35 sq.m.) There is a large dining table and chairs on the terrace outside, and a large pergola providing shade for out-door dining. All windows and doors have fixed insect-screens. The road outside is a cul-de-sac and leads only to the footpath to the beach, so it is very peaceful with no passing traffic. Fully serviced with cleaning and linen change every 4 days. Beach towels are provided.

The house is located in the town of Skiathos, in an ideal position close to the sea, the bus station (10 min walk), and the port of Skiathos (5 min walk), which is the heart of the island.
