Cozy house on a quiet street in the middle of Ry with room for the whole family. The home has 4 bedrooms (1 adult and 3 children's rooms + extra mattresses), and space for play indoors and outdoors. Enjoy the terrace with a grill and wood-fired pizza oven. The biggest plus is that it's only 5 minutes to a lovely swimming lake. Ry offers cafes, restaurants, and great shopping. Experience the beautiful nature of Søhøjlandet, or take the train directly to Aarhus and Silkeborg. In the garden, there are chickens and a greenhouse that we hope to get some help with.

Welcome to a beautifully located, newly built 70 m2 cottage and 20 m2 annex located in wild nature. The house is surrounded by 165 m2 of elevated terrace, and is located 30 meters from Mossø in the 2nd row, where you hear the waves crashing against the shore. From the terrace you often see ducks, geese, herons, birds of prey, sparrows and other small birds. There is a common lake bed directly belonging to Mossø of 1500m2 and with 50 meters of sandy waterfront. Here you can put your little boat, canoe, kayak, etc. and the fishing opportunities are really good.

Relax in this unique and beautiful home. One of Denmark's most beautiful places! Enjoy the sunset from the deck chairs overlooking Julsø. Jump into the lake from the boat bridge and rinse yourself in hot water overlooking Himmelbjerget. Take your kayak and sail a morning trip and meet the heron. Enjoy your morning coffee in the pavilion with the wood stove on. Read a book in the double bed overlooking the lake or take the mountain bike and take a ride on the route outside the door. Beautiful home (year 2020) in a very unique location. Located right down to the water with its own sandy beach and where you can swim all year round. The accommodation contains a sauna with a window to the water, from which you can really enjoy the view of the calm water while completely disconnecting. The house also has 3 canoes/kayaks and associated life jackets, so you can enjoy one of Denmark's largest lakes, which is also connected to the Gudenåen. You can also fish directly from the house, as the lake is rich in fish.

Himmelbjerghuset

Pamper yourself and become one with nature with a romantic getaway in an idyllic and modern panoramic house in Laven: surrounded by forest, lake, and tranquility. Right on the lake. Drink your morning coffee with the morning sun and a direct view of Himmelbjerget, which lights up in the dark along with the open starry sky. Jump into the lake from the dock and let the summer days pass by to the sound of birdsong, without the noise of cars. Enjoy dinner and a glass of wine with a sunset vibe in the company of swans and candles.

Søhøjlandets best location

Old summer house from 1963, located in one of Denmark's most scenic locations. The cottage has an original kitchen, bathroom and large bright living room overlooking Julsø and Himmelbjerget. 2 bedrooms with double beds. In the basement there are also 4 sleeping pads for those who are not afraid of spiders and basement smells. Own bridge to Julsø. Access to two kayaks and a rowboat. So, a cottage with older comforts and limited insulation. Don't expect modern standards, but great views and firewood in the shed.

Year-round vacation home on a large natural property by the Gudenå river.

The summer house is our permanent residence. The house is located on a large natural property surrounded by forest, the Gudenå river and lakes. There is a boat dock by the river where there are two kayaks. The house was built in 1967 and has been continuously renovated. There is an air-to-air heat pump and a wood-burning stove. One of the rooms is a walk-through room. There is a campfire area, a trampoline, and a small play area for children.

The apartment is located in a position close to Skanderborg and only 15 minutes from Aarhus C. The apartment is close to shopping, playgrounds and scenic areas. The apartment is a 5-minute walk from Stilling Lake. Legoland, Givskud Lion Park, Ree Park, Tivoli Gardens, Aqualand, Søhøjlandet and Randers Rainforest can be reached within an hour by car. Close to bus connections directly to Aarhus C or Skanderborg. Bed linen and towels can be rented for DKK 25 per person

House of 60 sqm and annex of 15 sqm. Terraces all around the house. Watch the swans swim by and take a trip in the small dinghy or kayak. There is one bedroom in the house with 2 adjustable beds and one bedroom in the annex with 2 separate beds. Pets are not allowed.

Large house close to Aarhus

Take the entire family to our fantastic house in the countryside. Play table tennis in the activity room, sweat on the trampoline in the garden or take the kayak to the nearby lake. If you’re feeling cultural, the bus and train to Aarhus leave regularly from close to the house. You can also go by car - a 20 min. drive. The house has 2 bathrooms plus a separate toilet, so you have the possibility to share the house, if you wish.

Guesthouse Lakeside

Guesthouse is located directly opposite Skanderborg lake with views of the lake. Walking distance to the city center, about 10 minutes Walking distance to public transport, about 5 minutes Walking distance to Bøgeskoven, 15 minutes. Located only 25 km from Aarhus city center. It takes 15 minutes by train and it runs every ½ hour.

Lake House

Fantastic lake house ​​178 m2 at the lake side of Solbjerg Sø. At the location there is also a nice Annex. Enjoy the amazing sunsets, take a padel trip at the lake, Kayak or fish in it. The house is not far from Aarhus and the beach. Grocery stores is less than 500 m away.
