The residence is completely newly renovated (2022) and is part of a villa, but completely separate with its own entrance. Parking is available next to the apartment and for those who prefer to go by bus, the stop is just outside. To the sea it is about 150 meters and to Ica Nära in Grundsund about 450 meters. Restaurants and swimming areas are also within walking distance (summer). The apartment is about 35 sqm and has two rooms and a kitchen as well as a bathroom and a small hall. Outside the residence there is a patio with table and chairs and barbecue.

Hälleviksstrand - Cabin

A newly built lake cottage for 4 people located right by the water's edge with your own dock, bathing ladder and boat spot for deep boat. From the living room, bedroom, balcony & jetty you look out towards Kråksundsgap, Edshultshall and Sollidshamn. There are wonderful cliffs & nature for walking and hiking. The sea around Hälleviksstrand is perfect for guests with their own boat or sea kayak. Laundry ramp is 300 m from the house. Parking is included about 150 meters from the house. Sheets, towels are included. Cleaning is available.

If you would like to take a morning swim, it is 75 meters to the beach and the children want to play from docks and jumping towers you will go there in 3-4 minutes. It has a kiosk for a better coffee with organic food and at Slussens guest house located right by the docks, our Swedish musikelit basically performs every day during summer.
