Typical catalan countryside house, recently refurbished maintaining its original charm and character. It is settled in the heart of the Penedès wine area, the perfect place to relax only 30min away from Barcelona, close to Montserrat, lots of great cellars to go wine tasting and next to the Club de Golf Barcelona. Fully equipped cottage, located in the middle of nature, where maximum tranquility is offered outside Montblanc(5 min. by car, municipal pool). Great for families with children with children having a private and fenced garden. It has an outdoor barbecue. The house is two floors, in the lower living/dining room with sofa bed, kitchen and bathroom. On the top floor, large bedroom with double beds , two single beds and a crib. Mas Carpi is an eco-sustainable and self-sufficient cottage for rent. Isolated in the middle of nature, but with direct access from a local road. The location of the farmhouse, in an elevated place, allows us to enjoy beautiful sunsets and sunrises, as well as spectacular views of its surroundings, with the Mediterranean Sea on the horizon.
