Luxury Black and white is a newly renovated apartment located in the Pula district of Veruda in a beautiful location, 800 m to the first beaches of Lungomare and 1.3 km to the city center. In the immediate vicinity there is a large free parking lot, a green market with fresh fruits and vegetables, a supermarket Konzum, DM and a fish market. Nearby there is a bus stop for the city bus to the city center and beaches, coffee bars, a bakery, a fast food restaurant, a city pool and Max City Shopping Center.
