There are two en-suites, one with a double bed and the other with two double beds, we do not rent separately. Close to the beach and the city center. Property in a condominium, with two units, each with its own individual pool, and on different floors. Full kitchen. Complimentary 350 M Wi-Fi, 45” smart TV. Suveiros with external boiler heating. Space with BBQ area. Easy access to the beach in front of the house - 50 meters. Swimming pool without protection/barrier. Children under 6 years of age must be supervised by a responsible adult in this space. We accept small pets, fee of R$150.00, for up to 2 pets, 4 beach chairs.

From summer to summer... from December to March, with its high season. April to May, with the famous "Indian summer." May and June, the traditional artisanal mullet fishing. From July to November, the whales visit. "Where you can see from inside the house"!! House on the second floor, access by ramp! Covered garage for two cars.
