'COOL' cottage, in the middle of the fields.

This small shed in our yard Hofstede de Boetselaer used to be a "COOL"cell for young potato plants. We have converted it into a 'COOL' cottage to come and enjoy among the fields and on the West Zeeuws Vlaamse coast. For those looking for nature, privacy, minimal distractions, and tranquility. The garden is visited by many birds, from small to large. From the buzzard to the little goldcrest and lots in between. With two separate bathrooms a plus for two couples/friends, family.

De Studio

Welcome to “The Studio” In addition to growing organic vegetables, there is also a shop on the farm with a wide range of vegetables, fruits, dry goods, beverages & dairy products. The Kreken area is ideal for biking and hiking. The coast, Ghent, Antwerp, Bruges and Knokke are a stone's throw away from Sint-Margriete. The open space consists of a kitchen, shower, toilet, mezzanine with bed & bedroom. Of course, the garden is freely accessible with various soothing spots.

In the heart of Meetjesland, more specifically in Bassevelde, you will find the Patrick Holiday Home. If you love peace and quiet and nature, this region is definitely worth a visit! Creeks, polders, forests and meadows are found everywhere here. The ideal place for a walk or a refreshing cycle ride. The Dutch border is nearby; Cadzand, Breskens and Sluis are a stone's throw from Bassevelde. Electric car charging is possible via a normal socket at 40 c/kWh.

This cottage is surrounded by woods. It's the ideal place to unwind and enjoy nature. It's fully equipped with every luxury, and you can enjoy a cup of coffee or tea outside on the beautiful terrace with a hot tub. In the bathroom, you'll find a wonderful bath to unwind. The cottage is nestled in a wooded area, and we have similar properties adjacent to it, but each has its own private woodland. The minimum age for our guests is 25.
