It is a small penthouse of about 90 square meters with a private terrace of 25 square meters. The entire house has just been renovated (July 2023) and is fully furnished and equipped with all amenities. It consists of a large living room with kitchenette, two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The terrace is equipped with a BBQ, outdoor shower and furniture. The entire house enjoys great brightness and privacy.

Outside, the spacious patio is the perfect spot for al fresco dining. The 2 bedrooms accommodate up to 5 people, there's a small garden at the back. Air conditioning, dishwasher, washing machine, oven, kettle are available.
