Newly renovated traditional cosy stone cottage overlooking the sea with beautiful views across St Agnes Head. Situated in the small hamlet of Higher Bal as short walk to St Agnes village. Stunning sunsets at the right time of year with plenty of parking outside. There are abundant mine buildings around this area including the Wheal Coates Mine. It is a great area for walking with beautiful views. Close by are the sandy beaches of Trevaunance Cove and Chapel Porth with rock pools and caves.

The Studio is attached to our home but has its own entrance, parking space & small private deck. Overlooking Porthtowan’s ‘Blue Flag’ award winning sandy beach & surfing destination, the beautiful SW coast path & many amenities are right on the doorstep, so no need to drive anywhere. It is the perfect base for a short break or holiday.

Chui Treehouse is situated amidst ancient oak woodland and features a contemporary design, including expansive windows that provide immersive views of the surrounding trees and landscape, creating a serene connection with nature. A skylight above the king-size bed offers guests the unique opportunity to observe the tree canopy at night.
