Little Cottage Steps from the Beach

Quaint little cottage behind our shore house. All you need to enjoy the Jersey Shore. Our house is four houses from the beach and less than a mile’s walk or drive to the bars, restaurants, and rides. We’ve been renting on Airbnb since summer 2017, but we are no strangers to renters. We've been renting our cottage for the past 20 years & mostly rent June-August. We are looking to expand our rentals to May and into November. The off season is perfect if you are looking for quiet & relaxation!

Our home is across from the water and a short drive to the beach; 10 minutes to Seaside and Lavallette, and 20 minutes to Pt. Pleasant. 4 Seaside Park beach badges are included. The beach and boardwalk are perfect for families to enjoy their time here at the shore. For a small fee, the township pool is 3 minutes away at the rec center. The rec center also offers pickle ball courts and other amenities. For adults, Atlantic City is an hour drive. Come enjoy our home and have a relaxing vacation.

DVD player Washer/ Dryer & Wifi central air. There are several stairs (roughly 20 stairs) to get to our floor.

The property is gated and fenced in. Start a hike right out the back gate with trails for miles through the woods. House is located on the beach block of a small neighborhood of dead end streets. A trip to the ocean is a short walk. House is completely furnished (no linens). Utilities and Cable/WiFi included. There is a great area under the house that can be used in the summer months. During the winter months (October through April) this area is unavailable. All of the furniture is stored and the water for the outside bathroom is turned off.
