We have WI-FI, kitchen with cooktop and utensils. The place Serrinha do Alambari is a neighborhood of the city of Resende that lies between the two main tourist centers of the region. Our home is 20 minutes from Penedo and 50 mins from Visconde de Maua.

Modernist Chalet in the middle of the Forest

3000 m2 site surrounded by an Atlantic Forest in a protected area. The main house is a modernist chalet designed in 1962 by architect and artist Levy Menezes (1922-1991). The property is within the Itatiaia National Park. To access Guapuruvu Residency, you must identify yourself at the Park entrance as a residential visitor. Space not suitable for children and the elderly. Pets are not permitted in the Park. Satellite Internet.
