Šiauliai Central Cozy Apartment

I invite you to stay in an apartment that is strategically located in a good part of the center of Šiauliai. From this apartment you will reach the central street of the city in 5 minutes on foot, you will find yourself at the train station in 5 minutes on foot, and you will reach the shore of Lake Talkša, the Iron Fox and Wake Park in 10-15 minutes. Cafes, restaurants, food stores are right next to it. If you arrive by car, you can park it for free in the apartment building's parking lot. The apartment is bright and spacious, you'll find everything you need for a quiet stay in the city.

Wild Garden

The cottage is located on a mountain, on the outskirts of a small village, surrounded by nature. Nature lovers will love it because the mountain offers great views, especially sunsets. 400 meters away flows the river Nevėžis, where you can swim, fish. The cottage has electricity, a gas stove, a stove, air conditioning, a refrigerator. Compostable toilet outside. There is no water in the house. It is transported in containers from our farm. There is no shower or hot water. There is a large gazebo, swing, fireplace. Access 200m. outdoor road through our yard.

Cabin on the shore of the lake "Giliaus Elingas"

Giliaus Elingas after the reconstruction in 2023, ready to receive guests. It is a 120 sq. m cottage on the shore of Lake Giliai. Designed for 8-10 people. Four bedrooms with a double bed each, the living room has a sofa bed. Suitable not only for a few days of rest, but also for a longer stay. Spacious kitchen with all the necessary amenities along with a dining table and lounge area. The windows of the house and the terrace overlook the lake landscape. There is a hot tub, a private bath by the cottage.

Cosy little studio

The building was designed for Lieutenants, Generals and Pilot officers working at a neaby Zokniai airbase shortly after the WW2. That means the building was constructed to show its grand features such as high ceiling and wide doors, not to mention it’s most prestigious location. Keep it simple at this tiny and minimalist place - it’s only 15 sq meters which makes it more like a hotel room than an apartment. Due to its size we recommend it for a solo traveler, although couples are welcome.

Private paradise on the lake

Living in nature, total privacy, diving into the silence of the lake, breakfast on the romantic terrace, canoeing, family sauna with real birchwood, fishing, mushroom picking, a writer's office outside - a cozy rural setting with a bohemian flavor. On weekends, the Tytuvėnai Summer Festival in the neighborhood will feed your soul with international-level concerts. Ideal for a couple or two couples, family with children or one person. There are several cognitive trails nearby for hikers.

Cozy guest house "Sedovia" in relaxing area

A lovely place to stay: a brand new guest house with all facilities and sauna inside. Surrounded by well kept nature in quiet location. It's a gem and can be called a real off-beaten track in Lithuania, so you'll be able to experience small town life and spend much time outside. Hosts are very likeable and attentive local people. Be aware, we speak very little English, but it was never a case with our foreigner guests as using Translation Apps always help.

You will sleep above a large round skylight and breathe fresh air. The cottage is built of straw and clay, so the indoor climate is very good. You’ll bathe in a huge shower where two people can easily fit. There is a sauna and an ice tub on the terrace, and lots of fruit and berries in the garden!
