Midnight sun in the summer, and a great chance to see the Northern Lights in the winter. Great location between Lofoten/Vesterålen, Harstad and Harstad/Narvik/Evenes airport. The lake house has 2 floors, with kitchen, living room, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, hallway and entrance. Private laundry room with access to washing machine. Great terrace right over the water's edge, and from the living room on the 2nd floor there is a separate balcony.

Within a radius of 300 meters you will find a shop, a craft shop with a café, and Den Sorte Gryte, which offers fun activities for children with animal visits, a restaurant and the sale of award-winning cheese. The cabin is located by a river and water. The canoe can be used freely if you want to paddle in the river. Kjerringnesvannet is salmon-bearing water and you can fish in the water if you buy a fishing license. The cabin is located in the forest with lots of great hiking areas near the cabin and around Vesterålen.

The road outside is not a main road, so there is little traffic. You can climb mountains and swim in the sea on the property.
