Recently built modern apartment, spacious, comfortable and fully equipped (sheets, kitchen utensils). It has up to 3 double bedrooms, kitchen, dining room, two bathrooms and a large terrace overlooking the Sierra de Guara (terrace furniture and barbecue option). Possibility to include extra bed to accommodate up to 7 adults. Our recently built apartments are very spacious, comfortable and functional; their complete equipment and dimensions, give them a high level difficult to match in similar facilities. *The price contemplates having 1 room for every 2 people. If you need more rooms, please contact the property. *There is the possibility of renting the entire house (2 apartments + Living room) for groups of up to 12-14 people. Check availability with owner. There is also the possibility of renting an apartment for groups of less than 6 people. If it is only 2 people a room will be left, if it is 3 or 4 people will be left 2 and the other will be closed. * The apartment is prepared to accommodate 6 people, if you want to host one more person you can add an extra bed paying a surcharge, for this it is necessary to contact the property. *For 2 or 3 guests we leave a bathroom, if you want to use the other toilet, an extra fee will be added but you have to contact the property .

From 5 to 12 years €15/day. 1/2 hour to AINSA, and BOLTAÑA, PRE-PYRENEES ARAGONES, ORDESA NATIONAL PARK AND MONTE PERDIDO. 30 MINUTES AWAY IS THE HISTORICAL-ARTISTIC COMPLEX OF THE TOWN OF ALQUEZAR, THE END OF THE DESCENT OF THE VERO RIVER FROM LECINA. AND 40 MINUTES AWAY IS BARBASTRO, A TOWN SURROUNDED BY SOMONTANO WINE CELLARS, WINE ROUTE AND GASTRONOMY.

Discover Somontano is born from the illusion of giving a second life to my grandparents' house. A house that my grandfather built with his hands in 1983, to return to the village that he was born. Lázaro and Manolita invested their retirement savings in this house, and for years, it held beautiful family memories. Today, we are delighted to share with you this family home, renovated in a contemporary style, featuring solid, eco-friendly wood furniture and carefully selected décor.

Our house is next to the picturesque and impressive gorges of the Barranco de Mascún, a magnificent starting point for hiking, canyons, ravines, mountain biking, and rock climbing and via ferratas. The Ana apartment has two double bedrooms with a bathroom, a living room, a kitchen with a wood-burning fireplace, all complete, and a large terrace overlooking the Park and the Guara Canyons. Firewood is available in the entrance courtyard. €5 is charged per box, approximately 15kg.
