Stunning villa+XL whirlpool, 15min walk to beach!

Villa las Terrazas is brand new! It’s blessed with 4 great terraces, heated xl-whirlpool, 3 bedrooms with 3 private bathrooms and a huge indoor terras (roofed terras) for a morning coffee. Theres a large -open- livingroom, seperate toilet downstairs, BBQ area and a private garage for 1 car. Out 15 mins walk to Pedregalejo beach. Restaurants and grocery store at 1 minute walking. The bus to the center of Malaga goes in front of the door and by taxi it's just a 10 minutes drive. Perfect villa!

It's just 25 minutes drive from Marbella, and 35 minutes driving from Malaga but is worlds away, down a private, rustic track, in a secluded position, surrounded by olive & almond trees, ancient Spanish oaks and country cottages.
