The Puerta de Jerez metro station is just a ten-minute walk away, the Santa Justa train station is just twenty minutes away, and there are several private parking lots just a five-minute walk from the apartment Our building consists of both private and tourist apartments. We ask you to be considerate of the other neighbors' peace, so we inform you that it is totally forbidden to have parties in the building and in the apartment. The apartment does not respond to a classic mountain country house, it is rather a neat and tastefully decorated apartment, with new materials and strongly isolated; of contemporary image. Of course, when looking out the window, or opening the double door, the exultant nature goes through the retina and we are seized by an ancient mediterranean forest.
