The Lodge at Spring Farm Alpacas

"The Lodge" is a beautifully finished self contained holiday let in the middle of a working alpaca farm with over 100 alpacas and llamas grazing in wildflower meadows surrounding The Lodge. The Lodge is fully equipped with modern facilities. Tastefully decorated, fully insulated and centrally heated, The Lodge is perfect for peace and tranquillity whilst maintaining every creature comfort. We have also added a patio with table and bench seating to better appreciate the surroundings and alpacas!

The Hideaway Sussex - Cottage

The Cottage is a self-contained annexe within the grounds of our home but separate from the main house. It has its own entrance, small garden, patio area & parking for one car only. The cottage is a great place to stay while you explore the beautiful Sussex countryside and coast. The historic town of Lewes is within a 10-minute drive, Uckfield 10 minutes, & Brighton is 30 minutes away. Trains: From London-Uckfield/Lewes We also have 2 shepherd's huts which use the same driveway as the Cottage.

Cabin in rural East Sussex

Tom’s Lodge, named after my late father who was a carpenter, is a wooden cabin situated on a small working farm in the heart of East Sussex in the picturesque village of Piltdown. It is located off a country lane so is very peaceful & surrounded by countryside for many different walks & the renowned Piltdown Golf Club is only a stone's throw away. The view from the lodge overlooks the farm and surrounding fields, providing a perfect backdrop to savour your morning coffee on your private patio.

Ringles Place is a 2 double bedroom 1st floor apartment, in a Sussex style barn conversion. There is one double room, and you can choose a kingsize bed or twin beds in 2nd bedroom. Located on the northern fringes of Uckfield, it offers a fully fitted bathroom, a lounge with has a large corner sofa, a dining table and a large television. The kitchen is well equipped, the property enjoys a sleek modern feel, and has a designated off-road parking space. It's near Buxted Park Hotel and Uckfield.

Set in a quiet hamlet with its own garden, with parking for 3 cars and is perfectly placed for Glyndebourne, many National Trust properties and gardens (Sheffield Park, Nymans, Wakehurst Place, Borde Hill, Batemans, Knole Park). The Bluebell Railway, the vineyards of Ridgeview, Rathfinny and Bolney are all nearby, as is Brighton and the coast. Piltdown Golf Course is a mile up the road, several good pubs and many good walks on Ashdown Forest, the South Downs Way and the Seven Sisters.

Our stunning recently converted two-bedroomed apartment, on the first floor of our Grade 2 listed barn, is in a peaceful setting in the grounds of our Oast House. Footpaths can be accessed from outside the barn. Maresfield has a village pub and pubs/restaurants abound in nearby villages. Brighton, Lewes and Tunbridge Wells are easily accessed by car (30mins), along with attractions such as Glyndebourne, Bluebell Railway, etc. Ashdown Forest can be reached within a few minutes, for walks.

Bull Cottage, Sheffield Park

A beautiful, 16th century cottage in an area of outstanding natural beauty close to the village of Fletching in East Sussex. Very much a home from home, you can step into a little bit of history with its numerous period features including oak beams, wattle and daub walls and an inglenook fireplace. The barn has been recently restored to provide 1000 sq ft of luxurious accommodation with wonderful views across the wheat fields to the west. The Bull Pen

The farm includes award-winning ancient woodland run as a nature reserve - great for a quiet weekend away, or a longer rural retreat. Perfectly presented picture postcard cottage, on the edge of the Ashdown Forest, the inspiration for the Winnie-The-Pooh books and 3 minutes drive to the historic village of Hartfield for the village store, Pooh Corner tea rooms, pubs and farm shop. This is a great location to explore the Kent & Sussex countryside. The spa town of Royal Tunbridge Wells is a 20 minute drive and only 45 minutes to the South Coast. We are family friendly.
