This is Iizuna Kogen, a quiet villa area at an altitude of about 1000m. Newly built in 2022, a simple log house with plenty of wood scent. You can see a lot of beautiful scenery just by walking for about 10 minutes. Please take a look at Mt. Ine from the Daisaza Hoshiike. About 3 minutes on foot from the nearest bus stop (Iizuna Higashi Ward)! It is about a 7-minute walk from the next nearest bus stop (Iizuna Kogen). You can also come by public transport. Restaurants such as Mori-no-Eki, Iizuna Soba, Ramen, and hamburgers are within walking distance. It is about 25 minutes by car from Nagano Station and Zenkoji Temple.About 15 minutes by car to Togakushi Shrine. It is also a great base for golf skiing to Togakushi, Kurohime, and Myoko. You can also use it for climbing the Togakushi Kodo, Amatomi Trail, and Mt. Iinago. If you would like to visit a hot spring, it is about 15 minutes by car to the Tengu-no-Yado at Lake Reisenji. The public bath is about a 5-minute drive to Asoviva (with a discount on bathing fees!). Projectors and screens are available for free. Play games or watch movies on a big screen. We also recommend relaxing with a barbecue, a campfire, or a tent sauna. A set of BBQ equipment, tarp, sauna tent, stove, etc. Please book all rentals in advance. Of course, you can bring your own.

It is a calm space with an old house motif. The living room has a large sunken kotatsu style Irori fireplace where you can enjoy meals and drinks. There is also a 4-seat counter bar. Nozawa Onsen Ski Area, Shiga Kogen, Madarao Kogen Ski Area, and Tohachi Onsen Ski Area are all nearby, making it the perfect base for winter sports. In the green season, there are eight golf courses within an hour, including the Madarao Country Club, and many day-use hot spring facilities. The owner lives on the right side of the entrance and can be contacted at any time, and understands everyday conversational English. In the green season, you can harvest fresh vegetables from our own farm at any time, and enjoy a barbecue in the garden. The garden is also spacious, so you can also enjoy a short walk. Iiyama's specialty is the famous green asparagus, which can be enjoyed from May to July, and there is also a roadside station nearby where you can enjoy fresh vegetables and delicious buckwheat.

Because it is a house nestled deep in the mountains, we do our best, but there are insects during the warmer months.It snows a lot in winter.In autumn, the leaves are dancing. You must also adjust the fire in the wood stove yourself. It's never an easy home to live in, but with a great view and experience. There is a full counter kitchen with stunning views and condiments and cookers so you can enjoy cooking.(No BBQ equipment)
