The nearest spot is a 20-minute drive from Matsuyama Airport 10-minute drive from Iyo Interchange 10-minute walk from JR Iyohokuda Station We will pick you up and drop you off at the nearest station (Iyo Yokota Station) at a possible time and number of people. Dogo Onsen, Matsuyama Castle, the sea, mountains, zoo, and park are all within a 30-minute drive. The fully electric, barrier-free, and wheelchair-accessible interior is safe for small children. There is a pond and field on the 1000 square meter property, and you can catch medaka (during the summer, they hibernate in the winter). It is a 13-minute walk from Kushi Station It is a house right in front of the sea, there is a house behind Shioji Shokudo, and a convenience store is also a 30-second walk. Of course, all houses are privately rented.We can accommodate up to 6 guests. Shimonada is beautiful, as well as the sea. There is a small private beach in front of the house.I think people who love nature will enjoy it. It is also easy to access Qingdao, which is famous for Cat Island.　 Anyone can enjoy solo adventurers, couples, families, and more.

Ricefields, Rivers and Mountains

This house is a beautiful blend of traditional and modern making it convenient but also a unique cultural experience. Mountains and ricefields are beside you, the Shimanto River can be heard. The ground floor is all yours. It's spacious with a large tatami sleeping room. This room can be divided into two though in summer it’s not advised due needing the A/C. There is no central heating. Restaurants are within 10min or you can shop for local foods and prepare it all in your own equipped kitchen.

Private waterfront vacation home for Family,sakura

Due to the recent rise in prices , we will unavoidably raise the price from 2023. For pilgrims and long-term stays, we plan to start another one, if you need more cheaper price, please contact me. House is just a short walk to the regular ferry terminal to Okinoshima, and15-minute drive to Enkoji,NO39 Shikoku88. This house is old but nice spacious two-story . you can use whole facility for private . The ceiling of first floor is a bit low and the bath is small. but has a good ocean view.

This house was designed mainly for foreigners.　

The owner lives outside the prefecture and uses it as a vacation home. We cherish the extraordinary space by decorating with paintings and furnishings that give you a taste of Japanese culture. I will welcome you as a valued guest who can come to my private home, so face-to-face check-in and common sense conversation and interaction are required. Wifi is available. A parking lot is also provided. Transportation is not convenient in the mountainous area, so please go out by car if possible.
