Located in the small village of Mifflin, our cottage is the perfect getaway for couples. And if you need a break from cooking check out the local restaurants within walking distance from the cottage! Located only a mile from the public beach and boat launch at Charles Mill Lake and 20 minutes to Mohican State Park.

A two bedroom house in the small village ( less than 200 residents) of Rochester, OH. There are woods and open areas of about 4.0 acres with availability of fire pit for a peaceful evening. Property has a steam engine to view. Playground about one quarter mile from house. We are still updating home and property. Private, quiet area except but there is train track about 300 feet from the house. You are 20 minutes from Ashland, OH and Oberlin, OH. 45 minutes from Cedar Point and Cleveland.

The Reformatory Retreat

This 2 bedroom home is close to the best of the cities attractions, including the famous Ohio State Reformatory only a 6 minute drive away.
