The living space is open plan with a large kitchen, table and chairs, two sofas and a satellite TV. The bedroom downstairs can be made as a kingsize bed or two singles depending on requirements. This bedroom has an en-suite shower room. Upstairs there is a kingsize bedroom with a Velux window and a luxurious bathroom with a beautiful round window. The Lodge is a 5 min drive to the beach.

Highfield House is in the picturesque village of St Germans, backed by open fields for long walks with views down the Lynher estuary. 10 mins drive from the Cornish coast including the beautiful beaches of Portwrinkle and Whitsands Bay. 2 minute walk from the train station with regular services to Penzance, Plymouth and London Paddington.

Crafthole is just a 10 minute walk from Portwrinkle beach and access to the southwest coastal path, passing through the beautiful Whitsand Bay golf course. Once by the beach, there is a cafe and a golf club serving refreshments all day. One side of the beach is dog friendly. A brilliant pub called the Finnygook. The location is handy if you enjoy walking, beaches, country parks and fishing villages - or are visiting family & friends or HMS Raleigh, which is nearby. This quiet countryside spot is also ideal if all you want to do is sit and relax.
