Self contained garden studio available in Clarendon Park, close to Demonfort Hall and on the main bus route to the city centre there's. The space has A/C, a small kitchenette, bathroom, workspace, corner sofa, double bed, Sky TV & Movies (Netflix, Disney etc) and an 85" home cinema. Bifold doors open out onto a spacious south facing garden & there is plenty of parking too. We have a cockerpoo who lives in the main house, she's extremely friendly & does not come into the studio unless invited!

We are only a 20minute drive from two market towns with shops and coffee and cake opportunities galore! The Loft has a fridge, microwave,kettle,toaster,tea, coffee and crockery etc.to make it a perfect self contained place to stay. A seating area in our garden is available too.
