College Hill Cottage is located on College Hill, on the scenic, historic site of Weethee Academy in the heart of the Appalachian region of Ohio. Just 15 miles from Athens, Ohio, enjoy the peace and tranquility of the private, spacious yard relaxing on the large front deck, or the side porch. Plenty of space for relaxing, picnics, or watching the deer, turkeys, birds, and squirrels. This unit has a private back deck, 2 bedrooms (sleeps 6), 1 bath, living area & kitchen. If you are looking to hunt, hike, horseback ride, or ATV ride this is the place for you. It is located next to another larger unit & near an operating business in the country. Plenty of parking for trailers and all trails are located within 5 minutes.

I welcome you to Seven Oaks Cabin. It is a place of well-being for individuals who like to connect with nature while staying in a primitive cabin away from the hustle and bustle of city life. The interior consists of a variety of wood-eastern white pine, cedar and cherry. The living area has furniture made by local Amish, septic system for flush toilet, instant hot water, small bedroom with bunk bed (full mattress on bottom/ twin on top), efficiency kitchen, and loft with queen mattress.

Starlink WiFi. Some cell phone service. Secluded setting. Food delivery is available from a local pizza restaurant. Must be 21+ to rent. AWD/4WD recommended.
