Ideal for visiting the entire city on foot, a 20-minute walk from Seville's historic downtown (Giralda, Cathedral, Santa Cruz…), 5 minutes from the Guadalquivir River. Full bathroom and small functional kitchen. A washing machine and iron are available for stays longer than 1 week.

The house is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Seville, next to the main park of the city and the Plaza de España. It is very cosy and nice, with sunny terraces full of plant life where you can enjoy a delicious breakfast or a pleasant read. The rooms, all carefully maintained, are well-equipped. The perfect base for exploring Andalucia - A large Annexe room in traditional Spanish style town house, with own access and ensuite shower room and space for off road parking. Tea and coffee making facilities in room as well as a fridge, toaster and microwave. Not recommended for toddlers/small children (due to the stairs). A single bed however, can be made up for an additional fee - please enquire.
