Construction trailer in an idyllic location

Our lovingly developed construction trailer is in an idyllic location on our farm near the horses and chickens. It's greening and blooming all around this small, cozy space. You will find peace and nature, but you are in various villages in a few minutes and in Winterthur in 15 minutes. There are 2 shared toilets, but without a shower. The construction trailer is equipped with a cozy 1.40 x 2 m bed and seating, as well as heating and drinks.

2-room apartment in Neftenbach

Our modern home is located in a larger, peaceful property at the end of a dead end street in Neftenbach. We rebuilt the slightly more than 60m2 2 bedroom apartment for ourselves in 2017, so everything was lovingly processed and only top materials were used. If necessary, more beds could be offered (1 double bed and 1 sofa bed). Since we live in the same property, we only wish quiet and decent guests who treat the new building respectfully.

Modern room on farm, private seating

We are a family who runs the farm ourselves and look forward to welcoming guests in our specially furnished guest room. A dog and cats as well as a few chickens currently live on our farm. We are also constantly thinking about acquiring more animals. There are numerous dirt roads for hikes. The Thur and the Rhine are within reach and beautiful bike tours can be made. We are happy to help with planning activities.

The fully equipped apartment has a spacious wet room, a modern kitchen with induction hob, refrigerator, oven and microwave as well as various other amenities such as a LAN and WLAN access and a 42 inch TV. Light-flooded rooms and comfortable ventilation ensure an optimal living environment. The apartment can only be used for tourist purposes and not as a permanent residence and not as a weekly stay.

Seuzach is a suburb of the beautiful city of Winterthur (5 km away), well connected by train and bus. Zurich can be reached in 25 minutes by S11 (express train) or in 25 km on the A1 by car. The house is located in the core zone of Seuzach and yet you are in the countryside in a few steps.
