Beach House Caparica

The Beach House is literally ON THE BEACH. The House is on the Beach Dunes just 10 meters from the Beach and 50 meters from the sea (depends on the tide :) Simple but functional. Privacy like no other. The Beach House has two independent floors but only the ground floor is accessible to guests. Most of my free time is spent at the Beach House (on the top floor). It's very common to be with my family on the top floor at the same time guests are on the ground floor.

House located 100 meters from Nova Praia, on Costa da Caparica and a cafeteria near the house. Commercial establishments, pharmacy, restaurants and public transport, all accessible within a few meters. 15 km from Lisbon and 25 km from the airport. Furnished and equipped house. The house has sheets, towels and crockery. Nice and modern space. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU LOSE THE RESIDENCE KEYS, A FEE OF €150 WILL BE APPLIED TO CHANGE THE LOCK.
