The original bungalow has grown and reopened with 3 comfortable suites overlooking the garden and lake. They accommodate 6 adults uniting comfort and natural elements, encouraging our guests to slow down and integrate into nature. The property is located within a condominium of a forest reserve in the most exclusive place of Vale das Videiras (Catete), with hiking trails, bicycles and horses 15 minutes from the "centrinho" and its gastronomic, cycling and artisanal shopping center.

The property is located in Vale dos Frades (OFF ROAD), 5 km after Cachoeira dos Frades. Its location is privileged because it is close to the famous Três Picos, which give the State Park its name. The region offers tours on rivers with waterfalls, hiking and climbing, which can be done even within the property. The site has two small lakes with carp and tilapia. There are also ducks and chickens, in addition to the typical birds of the Atlantic Forest and fruit trees.

Relax in the bucolic and stylish chalet of Quinta das Aratingas, in Secretário. The space is on the same grounds as our house, but totally independent, with exclusive use of an infinity pool, facing the beautiful view of the mountains. At night, the starry sky puts on a show. The chalet is designed for 2 ADULTS only. It has a functional kitchen, queen bed, Wi-Fi, books in Portuguese and English, among other items for your comfort. A caring "welcome kit" awaits you.

A propriedade é um sitio com muito espaço verde, gramado, lago com peixes e horta. Na área de lazer, uma piscina, sauna seca, churrasqueira e fogão a lenha. Há acesso a trilhas e a uma piscina natural a alguns minutos de caminhada.
