The apartment has a huge terrace facing the seaside where you can dine and enjoy crickets chirping in the sicilian summer nights. For the BBQ lover the apartment offers a BBQ. The living space is luminous, open and spacious. Guests are free to use garden, swimming pool and terrace. The ground floor is inhabited by my lovely parents who take care of everything surrounding the property. They speak german and english, so if you need help they are happy to help you out. The apartment is part of a hilltop villa surrounded by beautiful gardens. Located in a quiet area, it offers a fantastic respite to relax in peace. For everything else, the charming town of Cefalu is just a short drive away. The property is on a hilltop and is 6km from Cefalu town. In town you can find everything you need. The property is immersed in nature and has no supermarket at walking distance. A car is necessary to get around!!

Comfortable House with Saltwater Infinity Pool

Unser Ferienhaus "Casa accanto al Carrubo" wurde 2015 erbaut. 2017 kam dann der Infinity Pool (Salzwasser) hinzu. Es liegt sehr ruhig 3 km vom kleinen Fischerdorf San Nicola L'Arena entfernt. Der Blick fällt auf die Berge des Naturreservats "Pizzo Cane". The Holiday Home was build in 2015. 2017 we finished the saltwater infinity pool. It lies about 3 km outside of San Nicola L'Arena a small fisherman village 30km from Palermo. There are beautiful views to the mountains of a natural reserve.

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

Villa Clori I is a vacation home surrounded by greenery with a breathtaking sea view. The house is completely independent: all rooms are air-conditioned, there are smart TVs, a dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, coffee machine and kettle. The beds have latex mattresses and pillows and large wardrobes equipped with safes. In the outdoor areas there are tables, chairs, barbecue sofas and a parking lot with an electric car charging station.

The villa is located only 3 km far from Castellammare del Golfo and consists of three bedrooms, two bathrooms with tub and shower and a laundry room, large dining room, a kitchen and a very large and beautiful Heated swimming pool with hydro-massage . The swimming pool, with a beautiful view on the sea, is always open but it is heated from MARCH TO NOVEMBER. it works very well when the outdoor temperature is more then 15 degrees.
