The house is 20 meters from the beach. It has two bedrooms: a master bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two single beds and a TV set. Both bedrooms have air conditioning units. There is a shower room and a fully equipped kitchen with a dining area. Once a week the apartments get cleaned and all bed linen and towels are changed.The cleanliness can be varied if requested by the guest Price: depending on length of stay Local amenities: within walking distance there are two tavernas and one mini-markets. Further along the beach there are more tavernas and one pottery . The local bus stop and car park is a short 300m walk away. Vathy itself is a car/motorcycle free zone. The main attraction is a little church built on the beach. There is a walking trail (one of several on the island), which connects Vathy village to Apollonia, the capital of the island, ( a 7 km drive away). Kamares, the main port, is a 15 km drive away. There is a bus service connecting the port in Kamares and Vathy , as well as taxis. Vathy is a peaceful, motor vehicle free seaside location, ideal for a seaside carefree holiday. The ideal period to visit Vathy is from the beginning of May until the end of October. In high season (mid July to the end of August) it is still beautiful, but quite busy.

The house is located at the southwest of Serifos, in the old town of Mega Livadi, near the famous southern beaches of the island. The property is suitable for families such as it is literally above the sea so that children can play all day at the beach and parents can relax at one of the three seaside taverns or the large balcony of the house from which there is a full view of the bay beach. Megalo Livadi is 15 km away from the port (Livadi) and 13 km from the city (Chora).

The house is 90 sq. m. fully equipped and is divided into two levels. On the lower level are the two bedrooms, the living room and the two bathrooms. The house is renovated since January 2022 and is fully equipped for a very comfortable stay .A balcony with amazing sea view and a yard with private access to the sea !. The beach of Kamares is about 130 meters and the distance from the center of the village is about 250 meters .

In our neighborhood there is only one other house, which belongs to a friendly and quiet family with children. There are also two taverns, a mini market and a refreshment stand in the area.
