I look forward to welcoming you to a modern apartment in a residential area (5-7 minutes by car from the city center). However, please note that the apartment is a bit difficult to reach by public transportation. The apartment is 30 square meters, perfect for 2 people. The bed in the living room can be opened, and it can accommodate 1-2 more people if needed. Budapest can be reached in 45 minutes, Lake Balaton in 35 minutes, and Bakony and Vértes in 25 minutes. There are many attractions in our city: Árpád Bath, Sóstó Wildlife Center, the pleasant downtown , Bory Castle, and more.

We welcome our guests with real relaxation equipment, 2 bedrooms, a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, a bathroom and 2 large covered terraces. In the garden there is a swing bed, fireplace, grill, nest swing, hammock for relaxation. Two hiking bikes are available for guests. Nearby, a few minutes' walk away, there is a restaurant, grocery store and wine cellar.

Public transport is easily accessible, Móricz Zsigmond Square (metro 4) 10 minutes, Deák Square 25 minutes. Grocery store, breakfast, lunch grill terrace 1 minute away, open from morning to late afternoon except on Sundays.

We have strong WIFI, Netflix and nature. Kishaz is not little, although the word 'kis' refers to the tiny size of an object/person. The house is spacious, cozy, warm. A perfect hideaway spot from the World, yet still close to all the programmes and the village.

The terrace has a beautiful view of Lake Venice, which is within walking distance, where we can occasionally monitor the airports of hot air balloons. The garden pool, the 6-person hot tub and the entire property are for guest use only, and the owner does not live on the property.
