It is a 24-year new building with a sofa for 4 people, a large living room with a 55-inch TV, 3 large rooms that can accommodate 3 queen beds, 2 clean and spacious bathrooms and a dressing table, a table for 6 people, a microwave, a large rice cooker, a toaster, an electric kettle, a luxury tableware set, and a kitchen with induction. Also, the laundry room is equipped with a washing machine and a dryer. Location 30 seconds from Wolgot Station, 30 seconds from various bus stops.
