북유럽풍 엔틱&모던 느낌 창문이 기역자 형태로 트여있어 특히나 해질녘에 저녁노을이 지면 환상적이다.청담동의 중심뷰를 침대위에서 감상할수있겠다. 그리고 밤이찾아오면 멋진달 도 아주 낭만적이다. 낮엔 이중암막커튼이있어 햇빛차단도ok 채광도 좋아 아침에 햇살을 받으며 기상할수있겠다 침대옆긴아일랜드식탁은 요리를 한층더 넓게사용할수있도록한다.집옆에 바로 붙어있는 한류스타 유명연예인들 단골이라는 ssg푸드마켓이 바로 옆에붙어있어서 장을봐와서 요리를하여 먹을수있겠다. Ssg푸드마켓의 과일과 채소들은 일반 백화점 그리고 마트에는 입점이안되는 잘볼수없는 A급중 아주 상위제품들로만 엄선하여 판매를 하기때문에 믿고 먹을만하다.가끔 장을보다가 연예인들이가끔 보이기도한다.. 10층이라 주변소음이 없고 차소리없이 조용히 잠을 청할수있겠다 침대는 저렴이가아닌 가격대가 있는제품이기때문에 푹신푹신하고 아주 편안하게 잠을 청할수 있겠다. 청담동이라 약간 외곽 지역보다 비싼감이있지만 그가치를 충분히보상해준다
