A cozy fishing hut by the forest and a pond where time flows more slowly. In the morning, enjoy a quiet breakfast on a picnic blanket, a boat ride, and refresh yourself during the day under the solar shower or relax in the hamac overlooking the sunset. Newly you will also find a private wood-fired sauna – an ideal ritual for warming up your body throughout the day. Enjoy your stay in a small, modern house with a breathtaking view of the rocky valley of the Vltava River, located in a forest on a rock, directly above St. Kilian's Island, where one of the first male monasteries in the Czech lands was founded in 999. Sauna and outdoor hot tub are available. There is a dedicated parking space, and the bus stop is a 5-minute walk downhill along a footpath. You can go on many trips in the surrounding area - Vyhlídka Máj, Pikovická jehla, the Slapy reservoir or just a regular walk in the local forest.

If you are looking for a place to relax from the daily hustle and bustle, breathe in the fresh forest air and at the same time have all the modern conveniences, Luxury Forest House is the right choice. This unique house is located in the heart of nature, surrounded by a quiet forest and the Sázava River, yet only 45 minutes from the center of Prague. Treehouse Úlovice

Wellness stay/glamping in the treetops. Cozy, comfortable and fully equipped Treehouse Úlovice is located in the picturesque nature park Džbán above a small village. It is built on a slope on massive beeches and hornbeams, which provide a solid foundation for both the residential part and the large terrace. There are only 6 steps to the Treehouse, but the terrace is about 7 meters high. You can get here by forest road. Parking is provided for free for guests and then you will have only 350 meters to the house.

Guest apartment, 20 km from Prague, is perfect for singles and couples who love nature but still need civilization. It is located on the lower floor of our house and offers an amazing view of the forest. The apartment has all amenities, including a bathroom with a bathtub, a fully equipped kitchenette, and a separate entrance from the garden. The house is located in a quiet part of the village, but within walking distance, you can find restaurants, shops, a bus stop, and the Kozel brewery.
