The apartment is located inside one of the oldest buildings in Cuglieri. It is very well equipped: you do not need to bring anything except yourself. It has a large terrace with an exciting view of the sea. The nearest beach is about 15 km away: The sunsets over the sea are a spectacle that you will carry in your heart and mind for a long time. The care with which the restoration was done and with which it was furnished surprises all our guests: reality always exceeds expectations. They would like to live there. It has AIR CONDITIONING and a HEATING system with radiators in every room: THE USE OF THE HEATING INVOLVES A MINIMUM ADDITIONAL COST OF 15 EUROS PER DAY. In addition to the two double bedrooms (the second bedroom on request becomes 2 single beds), the sofa in the living room easily becomes a very large single bed. Furthermore, if you have a child up to 4 years old, a comfortable cot is available that you can put wherever you want. the space of the apartment is large: 140 square meters. each room or room is large, comfortable, well equipped. you will also find towels for the beach and spare parts for daily linen.

House located in Piazza Eleonora D'Arborea on two floors with a small terrace and a small courtyard, very cozy with vintage furniture, the rooms are very bright and quiet, the bathroom is vintage and with several relaxation points, from the living room with a table and a second living room where you can read a good book. The typical Sardinian kitchen with fireplace and kitchenette, outside in the courtyard is the laundry room with bathroom. Outside the house is an antique pink color.

Large 120-square-meter apartment in the historic center of Cuglieri overlooking the main street, on the second floor of a family building from the 1920s. You will find an old house that has retained the original furnishings and the Deco spirit of the time. The building was originally acquired by my great-grandfather and still belongs to my family. We live on the third floor (two adults and a child), while guests will have the entire apartment on the second floor.
