Autumn is finally here! The wagon stands on the edge of the forest with views of hilly meadows. The birds chirp cheerfully and the forest lake calls the hardened to the morning bath (12 min walk). You'll be sitting on the terrace all day, making campfires and chilling out – and heating up the sauna in the evening! When it gets cold, you can fire up the kitchen stove and make yourself comfortable. Since the civilization is far away, go shopping beforehand. Irritable is the new organic!

Very stylish 1-room apartment (sofa bed!) with separate shower room, 31 square meters of living space, separate entrance, and access to the Fasssauna, realized in collaboration between architect, interior designer, and furniture designer. All furniture is custom-made, kitchen worktop and breakfast bar in concrete/wood inlay/epoxy resin. Shower room with concrete trowel finish, whereby the shower and toilet could not be separated due to the very limited space available.

The apartment is suitable for 2-4 people and is fully equipped. It has 1 bedroom (double bed) and a living room with TV, sitting area and a sofa bed (1.40 x 2 m). The kitchen has a stove, microwave, sitting area and includes everything necessary for cooking or baking. The bathroom is equipped with a toilet, sink and a shower.

The site is located in a local recreation area with other vacation homes in the vicinity. In direct bypass is the F60 conveyor bridge as an impressive industrial monument. Between the houses and the beach, the beach promenade leads around the lake and invites you to take exuberant beach walks.
