Fully equipped house of 180 sqm built in 2016 in charming, older style where kitchen and social areas are on the ground floor and the four bedrooms downstairs. From the kitchen, you can access the balcony on the upper floor, and there is a glazed conservatory below. 2 bathrooms and a laundry room with a washing machine, tumble dryer and drying cabinet. The forest where you find wild strawberries, blueberries and mushrooms are behind the house and in front you have a view of the lake and pastures. Below the house there is a swimming area. Rowing boat is included in the rental rate. Dogs welcome in this home.

Horse farm with commuter location in Bergshammar, Nyköping

Welcome to our horse farm in beautiful Kiladalen, where you will stay in your own modern apartment with an open layout. We have 4 horses and 3 small dogs running free on the farm. Parking is available in the yard and there is the possibility to charge your electric car. Walking distance to Sörmlandsleden, Åby Golf Club (1 km) and Skavsta Airport (4 km). 5 km to Nyköping city center. On the ground floor, there is a complete kitchen with dining area for 4 people, stove, fridge/freezer, microwave with grill, 3-seater sofa with TV, double bed, shower. On the upper floor, there is a double bed. Non-smoking.

Two newly renovated cabins located on a large hilly plot with several nice places. The big house is about 90 sqm with a nice view of Bråviken. In the guest house of about 30 sqm you live comfortably but more compact. Available: apple TV, Internet, electric car charger. Heating or cooling with an air heat pump. Duvets and pillows for 12 persons. Guests bring own bed linen and towels. Close to a nice swimming area and about 2 km to a grocery store & bus. In Nävekvarns harbor there is a summer restaurant and food trucks with food and ice cream.

Charlottastugan

Charlottastugan is secluded and offers peaceful accommodation surrounded by beautiful nature and a short walk to swimming and fishing in Lake Yngaren. Here you live spaciously on two floors with a separate guest house with room for two people. Ground floor with newly-renovated kitchen and several amenities such as a dishwasher. In the living room, there is a fireplace and sofa bed. The bathroom has a shower, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs there is a large double bedroom and a smaller bedroom with two single beds.
