Access is very easy next to the road cv-70, and you can fully disconnect in nature, discover this authentic region, do walks, kayak at the lake, cycle, eat at many local restaurants etc. We have a huge wood pergola, water from citern, solar electricity with 5kw batery, 2 showers.

Finca Bienchen is a three-bedroomed Finca (country house) with a private infinity pool, set atop its own valley overlooking the village of Relleu, and Moorish ruins, in the Alicante region on the Costa Blanca. We have an outdoor covered dining terrace, sun terrace, open fire, BBQ (local outdoor fire restrictions permitting) & covered outdoor tables by the pool. Relleu village is a 15-minute walk/5-minute drive down the valley, Villa Joyosa is a 25-minute drive.

It has 1 master bedroom with a bed, bathroom, kitchen and living room with an Italian-opening sofa bed. The whole apartment has laminate flooring. We are in the forest, in the heart of the Sierra de Aitana, at an altitude of 1000 meters; a nature reserve area, with free-range deer, eagles, owls, wild boars, arruis, partridges and more wild animals. The wooden cabin is fully equipped and isolated in such a way that it is perfect to enjoy in winter and summer. We self-supply electricity with a solar-wind hybrid installation. The property is located fifteen minutes from Sella.
